REFUND POLICY

If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on janicesteviadesign.com, you have 30 days from the date you received your order. Items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, within a period that can vary between 2 to 5 business days. Please note that there will be a $10 return fee that will be deducted from your original purchase.

Exchanges will be processed once the original item is received at our warehouse. If a balance is due, we will send you an invoice. Otherwise, we will refund the difference to the original payment method within 2 to 5 business days .
