Returns
Our return policy is 15 days from the delivery date. If 15 days have passed since receipt of your order, unfortunately no returns will be accepted.
Before completing your return request, make sure that your order meets the requirements.
To be accepted, the item must be unused, in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Any defective or damaged item must be mentioned by email within 3 days following delivery to info@adamsandso.com so that our customer service can assist you.
**Please note that gift cards are non-returnable**
To complete your return request:
1. Contact contact@janicesteviadesign.com to inform us of your intention to return the item, specifying the name of the item and your order number.
2. Mail your form and the item you wish to return along with your receipt or proof of payment.
Your return will be processed within a maximum period of 10 days working hours after receipt of the package.

Dropping off your package on site will not be accepted. It is essential to send it by post.
Janice Stevia will not provide you with a prepaid return label. It will therefore be your responsibility to cover the postal costs and these will not be refunded to you.
We strongly recommend using an expedited shipping service that includes a tracking number and possibly insurance coverage, as we are not responsible for returned packages that may be lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your package is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your package.
If your return is accepted, the refund will be automatically made within a few days to your credit card or the payment method you used during the purchase. Paypal refunds are made within 3-5 business days from the processing date.
Late Refunds
If you do not see your refund in your account within 14 days, we invite you to first contact your banking institution to confirm that it has not been received because some institutions apply additional deadlines before a refund is visible in the account.

Sale items
Only regularly priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately items purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
Please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted for items purchased during promotions such as Black Friday, Boxing Day Or Cyber Monday.
Trades
The majority of our products are limited edition. For this reason, we do not accept exchanges. Any returned item accepted will therefore be refunded. We invite you to repurchase the item of your choice once your refund is finalized.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was sent directly to you, once the returns process is finalized you will receive a gift certificate by email for the value of the purchase.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the person who made the purchase had the package delivered to their home, the refund will be made to that person.
